How a house wins

  1. Put your house on the map

    Add your address, a few photos and a line about your display. It takes about five minutes and it costs nothing.

  2. Share your voting link

    You get a link and a QR code that go straight to your house. Send it to friends, family, neighbors, your street group, anyone who has driven past and smiled.

  3. Votes stack up

    Anyone can vote once per house per category. A voter who confirms their email counts twice, so ask the people closest to you to take the extra ten seconds.

Questions

Does it cost anything to enter?

No. Entering your house is free, voting is free, and browsing the map is free.

Who picks the winners?

You do. Winners are the houses with the most counted votes in each category when voting closes. We review votes for obvious abuse before anything is final.

How many times can someone vote?

Once per house, per category. A voter who confirms their email address has their vote counted twice.

Do I have to be home for anything?

No. People drive by and vote from their phone. Nobody knocks on your door, and your address is only shown as the house on the map that people came to see.

When do prizes get handed out?

After voting closes and the review is finished. We contact each winner by email at the address on their entry, so keep an eye on it in early January.
