How it works

  1. Get your link

    Sign up and you get your own tracking link and a QR code for print.

  2. Send it out

    Email your database, post it, run ads to it, hand it to neighbors. Every house that registers through it is yours.

  3. Your homeowners campaign

    They want the prize, so they share their vote link with everyone they know. We give them the share kit to do it.

  4. Votes become leads

    Every vote on your houses shows up in your dashboard with the voter's email. Export it any time.

How leads work

  • Voters give an email to vote. We tell them right there, in plain words, that it goes to The Christmas Joyride and to the agent who sponsored that house.
  • A verified email counts double. Your homeowners chase their people to confirm, which turns throwaway addresses into real ones.
  • Your dashboard shows lead counts per house, so you know which homeowner to nudge for more shares.
  • Your list stays yours. Other agents never see it.
  • Homeowners see vote totals only, never who voted. The emails come to you.
  • People vote on lots of houses, so one voter can end up on more than one agent's list. Our terms tell voters that up front.
  • We never text anyone. Email and app notifications only.

Questions agents ask

Do I have to find the houses myself?
Your link does the work. Send it to your database and your sphere. Houses that register through it are attributed to you automatically, and you can see them come in.
What about houses that sign up on their own?
Those go to The Christmas Joyride team. Only houses that come through your link are yours.
Can my assistant see the leads?
Yes. Add an assistant seat in your settings. They can see and export leads but cannot touch your settings or billing.
Is there training?
Yes. Your dashboard has a training section on running the season, plus ready to post graphics and wording.
